These protein pancakes contain 3 main ingredients, are super easy to make, healthy and so delicious. The following recipe will make 3 x 6 inch pancakes.
What’s in them…
1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
Natural greek yoghurt
How to make them…
1. Mash banana in a jug.
2. Beat eggs in with mashed banana.
3. Add protein powder.
4. Blend well.
5. Heat coconut oil or similar in a small pan.
6. Add pancake batter, turning half way.
7. Top with yoghurt and berries and enjoy!
