Pregnancy hormones in full effect over here 🙋🏽 I’m just so cranky alllll the time! But for me the very best remedy for a bad mood is a good sweat 💦 So I snuck out during nap time for some interval training to clear my head. I especially love using my workout timers when I’m cranky because you really don’t have time to think. The clock just keeps ticking! Perform each move for 40 seconds work with 20 seconds rest. 5 moves for 5 rounds! Jumping jacks Alternating knees to squat Kettlebell swings Butt kickers Burpees
