Baked Cauliflower Bites 4 Ways Recipe [video]

This low carb recipe for baked cauliflower bites is super healthy and easy to make. Great for busy mums.

Spiracha Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients
1/2 head cauliflower
1/2 cup of flour
1 teaspoon garlic power
3/4 cup almond milk
1/3 cup Spiracha hot chilli sauce
1/3 cup Buffalo sauce (or similar spicy wing sauce)

Cooking instructions
1. Break the cauliflower into florets.
2. Mix together the flour, garlic, almond milk and Spiracha sauce in a bowl.
3. Add the cauliflower to the mixed sauce.
4. Spread the covered cauliflower florets onto a baking tray and bake at 400°F/200°C for 20 minutes.
5. Transfer to a bowl and add the Buffalo sauce.
6. Bake at 400°F/200°C for a further 10 minutes.
7. Serve and enjoy!

Parmesan and Herb Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients
1/2 head cauliflower
1/2 cup Panko (or breadcrumbs)
1/2 cup Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Rosemary
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
1/2 teaspoon Basil
2 eggs

Cooking instructions
1. Break the cauliflower into florets.
2. Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Beat the eggs together.
4. Dip the cauliflower florets in the egg then the dry mixture and place evenly spaced on a baking tray.
5. Transfer to a bowl and add the Buffalo sauce.
6. Bake at 400°F/200°C for a 30 minutes.
7. Serve and enjoy!

Lemon Pepper Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients
1/2 head cauliflower
1.5 tablespoons olive oil
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
1 Lemon

Cooking instructions
1. Mix together the olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Toss the cauliflower florets in the mixture.
3. Spread onto a baking tray.
4. Bake at 400°F/200°C for 20 minutes.
5. Remove from oven, squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the cauliflower and add more pepper.
6. Bake for a further 10 minutes at 400°F/200°C.
7. Serve and enjoy!

Honey Mustard Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients
1/2 head cauliflower
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1/3 cup honey mustard

Cooking instructions
1. Mix together the flour, garlic and almond milk in a bowl.
2. Toss the cauliflower florets in the mixture.
3. Spread onto a baking tray.
4. Bake at 400°F/200°C for 20 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and transfer the cooked florets to a bowl.
6. Add the honey mustard and mix well.
7. Bake for a further 10 minutes at 400°F/200°C.
8. Serve and enjoy!
