An interview with… Juca aka @active_mum_life


Today we are interviewing inspirational stay-at-home mum 27 year old Juca Csíkos from Hungary, mum of twin girls (2.5 years old) and a newborn baby girl (2.5 months old).

Juca has an Instagram following of over 50,000 other mums and mums-to-be who follow her workouts.

Juca’s Interview…

Did you work out during your pregnancies? 
Yes I did, I did squats and lunges. I gained 14kg but lost 10kg after giving birth 2nd time.

How much time do you dedicate to exercising each week?
I started doing core exercises 3 times a week around 3 weeks after giving birth and am much fitter after my second pregnancy. I still workout 3 times a week.

What keeps you motivated when you’re tired or the little ones have worn you out?
I want to set a good example for my girls.

What does a typical day look like for you?
I spend my day with my children, I play with the girls and exercise at home too.

What is the best part of your day?
The best part of my day is when my hubby comes home 😅 and helps me 🙂 Then we spend time together.

Finally, if you could give one piece of advice to new mums or mums-to-be what would it be?
The time runs so fast, be persistent and play a lot with your kids! Try to be creative 😉
