QUICK Stability Full Body workout – This is for the days your in a hurry. Like when your kids are running around destroying your house and your baby is squawking because she wants to be picked up AND you have a million other things you need to do today.. oh wait… that’s every day!
Working out as a mom is tricky. It’s takes physical stamina as well as MENTAL because whether you’re trying to load all your kids to go to the gym or make it happen at home it seems sometimes our patience is tested more than our muscles when attempting a workout. But just like when trying to teach your kids to count to 20 and they miss 14 & 17 EVERY TIME and you think it’s a lost cause all the sudden they count all 20 numbers and you feel like a champion!! It’s the same with working out. Most the time it feels like it’s a lost cause but trying adds up and trying turned to victory! Happy hump day friends !
This workout hits chest, hamstrings, shoulders, glutes, triceps & calves and secondary muscles are biceps and abs and weights work great in place of the baby but it helps if have a needy little bugger!
- 10 reps of each 3-4 times
- Stable leg kicks
- Tricep externions
- Vertical elbows in press
- Chest press
- Hip thrusters
- Rotating calf raises with a iso shoulder press hold
